Domestic shipping policy

In that situation, we will email you with more details. If you have any questions please email

International shipping policy

At the moment, we’re only shipping to the UK. We’re working hard to open this up more widely, so hang tight and follow our social to see the latest updates.

Any customs taxes, duties or other applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Outside of the UK, shipping rates are defined by the country of destination and the weight of the parcel.

If for some reason we aren’t able to fulfil your whole order for any reason, we will try and contact you via the email address provided on your order. We may, as a result, replace items with a similar value/size/type. In special circumstances, we reserve the right to hold off your order and contact you for further instruction on how you would like to proceed.

Faulty or damaged items

If there is a problem with your order, please let us know within 30 days so we can get you a refund. To report a problem please contact us at We are, unfortunately, unable to offer refunds after this time period has elapsed—but we will do everything in our power to try to work something out.

If an attempted delivery is obviously damaged, you are within your rights to refuse the order, at which point it will be returned to us. If you choose to do this, please contact us at and we will issue either a new order, or a full refund, whichever is preferable.

Failed deliveries

As we’re a lean, small business, we cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and postal code or incorrect contact telephone number. We’ll try everything we can to help out, but please check this information when placing your order.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Not home for your delivery?

If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, the carrier (DPD, UPS, Royal Mail or local counter parts) (“they”) might attempt to deliver your Products to a neighbour. If they leave your products with a neighbour they will place a delivery card through your door to confirm this.

If we are unable to deliver, they will leave you a note informing you that delivery will be attempted again (usually on the next working day). They will attempt three deliveries before returning us the products. You can re-arrrange a delivery through DPD Local online portal. After a number of deliveries they might leave your parcel at a local depot for you to pick up.

If you do not collect after several failed delivery, you do not re-arrange delivery, or collect them from a delivery depot, we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs.

Taxes and other charges

As these orders are paid for in the UK, local taxes and import duties may apply to non-UK shipments. We keep all international surcharges to a minimum where possible, but this charge is not something we have the ability to waiver.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
